Sure, it would have made more sense to draw Daniel Tiger with this 'Tiger Family' pencil, but I drew Katerina Kittycat instead (deal with it!) ^_^
Anywho, I don't know much about the 'Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood' show, as I've seen only a few episodes. I could tell the writers try to shoehorn as many Fred-Rogers references as they can into it, for better or for worse. ^^
One thing I find amusing is despite the obvious (and copious) influences of child psychology experts and (parent-child?) focus-groups, the character 'Miss Elaina' makes infrequent use of the word 'toots', as did Lady Elaine Fairchild from the original Fred-Rogers puppet show.
Why do I find this amusing? Let's consult a dictionary,
"toots (n.; slang) an affectionate or familiar term of address; honey; baby (sometimes offensive when used to strangers, casual acquaintances, subordinates, etc., especially by a male to a female)"
Yeah, I'd say that term's a bit dated. ^^
