As important as sleep is, it's only a small part of Vanilla's regimen to make sure Cream reaches her maximum potential. True, while Cream was already the biggest 6 year old in recorded history, Vanilla knew that was only the tip of the iceberg for her ever-growing little girl. She had a feeling, a hunch if you will, that Cream's growth could progress much faster. After all, she was still very young, and her growth spurts were far more impressive than any other children her age. Vanilla decided all she had to do was keep doing what she was doing...and Cream's growth may just accelerate beyond anything ever imagined. Only the best for her daughter.
This was why Vanilla made sure that from the day she was born, Cream was given only the best and most nutritious foods imaginable. For the first 6 months of her life, Cream was exclusively breastfed, which wasn't easy considering how big she was already becoming. By the time she was 6 months old, Cream was already as big as a toddler. But that didn't stop Vanilla. She found ways to make it work. Vanilla then began introducing solid foods to her baby, filled with nutrients to make sure Cream got the most out of her fastest growing years. But she still breastfed on top of that, and by the time Cream finally stopped, about a year and a half old, she was as big as a kindergartner.
As the years passed and Cream grew and grew, Vanilla made sure her daughter's diet was nothing short of remarkable. Her breakfasts were filled with vitamins and minerals, as well as plenty of protein and healthy carbs to fuel her growth spurts. She taught Cream to enjoy the healthy cereals and steered her away from sugary, processed foods as they would stunt her growth. Vanilla also got Cream hooked on leafy green vegetables, even though it wasn't always easy. Now though, as a 6 year old, Cream was all too happy to eat the foods Vanilla gave her.
But Vanilla was by no means a tyrant. She did everything she could to make Cream's meals delicious as well as nutritious...and she was even able to get creative and let Cream enjoy her own special homemade version of ice cream for dessert. It wasn't always the healthiest, but it was definitely better than going out, and she was still able to sneak in nutrients. Cream never even knew they were there.
Vanilla was proud of her daughter. While most kids her age were picky eaters, pigging out on fast food and missing out on the rewards of healthy eating, her darling Cream was happily snacking on fruits and vegetables, and her meals were always healthy. It helped that Cream knew that eating the way she did was helping her grow. Cream wanted nothing more than to continue getting bigger. It was like a reward for being good.
So the two worked together every day to make sure Cream was well fed. Vanilla would make her eggs, among many other things, while Cream would be in charge of getting the milk and the whole-grain cereal she liked. It was an impressive spread every day...but that was okay with Vanilla. After all...little girls need food to grow.
---------------------------------------------
The next part has Cream a little bigger and a new factor for growth being put into place. This is gonna be the theme of this series, so she's gonna get bigger. You'll just have to wait and see how big.
