Based on my TMNT AU where old Raphael found, and adopted, blind baby Leo.
This is Leo's first Halloween and he's eager to get some candy. He is dressed up as a bat, but the costume is too big with many fabric layers, so Raphael is carrying him. Otherwise the little guy would be face down on the street all the time :’D
