You know 4.5in is a lot closer to her original size. I dont remember exactly how i calculated it but some time ago i figured her height to be a bit less than 12cm, which makes her and the rest of the rangers almost a perfect 1/12 scale human, and in turn is consistent to how we see them interact with scale models made by normal humans, like model cars, doll houses, and so on. Even the old Donald Duck episode 'Out of Scale' shows classic models at 1/12 scale and Chip and Dale fit perfectly.
