no. 13: Dr. Weird (and Steve) - Aqua Teen Hunger Force
Finally getting the ball rolling on this year's Halloween Countdown and who better to start us off then the infamous Dr. Weird and his pension for telling gentlemen to behold things! While this year was easily one of the hardest I've ever had when it came to whittling down my choices to only 13, Dr. Weird was one I knew I couldn't do this countdown without because frankly, nothing sums up "mad scientist" more than him! That, and in my attempt to try and make sure this entire countdown wasn't just old guys in lab coats, he was the first on my mind of characters who definitely didn't fit that generic bill! While I feel the overall show of Aqua Teen Hunger Force gradually became a turd that was just circling around in a toilet that refused to flush, Dr. Weird remained the one thing that gave me entertainment, if only due to his sheer absurdity, but why spend so much time talking about him?
