Remember the fox mascot Fox Kids had in the mid 1990's?
Well, here's a slightly earlier (and creepier) version from 1990 or thereabouts.
This fox came just after an earlier mascot: DJ Kat ...why Fox Kids would choose a feline to represent them is a mystery, but at least the Fox executives wisened up some. Granted, DJ Kat looked much better than this guy (IMHO)! XD
Anyway, I drew this *fluffy foxy (murr) with my Zephyr, and delineated him via this Pentech 'Comix' pencil from 1992.
*Yerf reference, because (just 'because')
Why this Pentech Comix pencil? Because cartoons and 90's ...also, I just wanted to show it here. ^^
The Pentech Comix pencils had actual comics on them, written and illustrated by Lou Brooks---the same guy who drew the Playboy Funnies. ^^
This particular pencil contained a clip from the 'Hopelessly Romantic' comic series, specifically from the 'Written on My Heart' story arc,
"Will Brad really break up with Susan? Will he ever write that letter to Liz? Will he return the pencil he borrowed?
Read the tear-stained true story, 'Written on My Heart'"

As a writing/drawing tool... this pencil's below-average, though it's certainly better than those awful, waxy Food Lion pencils.
The main source of dislike derives from the stubborn lines the Pentech creates---don't make any mistakes with it! XD
