It seems as though Dr Starline has found a new use for The Warp Topaz, administering inter dimensional wedgies XD.

This bad boy was really fun to draw. I'm definitely gonna draw more of the good doctor in the future ;-)

(Also shoutout to Koda_lemondrop (https://twitter.com/minimat99) for suggesting that Sonic should be drawn losing rings in this; I wasn't gonna draw that originally but did after he suggested it and i'm glad I did now :-D)
