The wedgie has gone atomic. Mario says Ian is off the hook because his favorite show is coming on but technically he isn't because the pain is going to linger with that underwear latched onto his head. Is he too shy to be naked/half naked in his own home with his brother nearby? Would Mario be willing (and/or smart enough) to take advantage of said nudity and subject Ian to a much worse prank like tossing him outside? Ian sure lucked out, in some way, by not disregarding his modesty to escape from his butt and crotch targeted pain as well as the loss of yet another pair of undies.
