DESCRIPTION RIPPED FROM FA
After too long I finally got this thing done. This is my first ever sonic artwork with my wacom tablet. (I have made sonic artwork before on my brothers DSi so yeah) This took a while to do mainly because I didn't know how to approach it. All of the other fanart that I have made it's just a single character so I wanted to try something different and make a piece with multiple characters in it. So what better way to do that than put in the main four right?
This artwork has gotten me really into the Sonic universe so much that I even wrote down a timeline of all the games and canon comics xD I plan to play/watch gameplay/read all of them in order now. But that is for another time. During the process I learned quite a few things about the Sonic characters. Like for example, Sonic's real name is apparently Ogilvie Maurice Hedgehog. Or that Knuckles was designed to be Jamaican. And Amy Rose is 12!!! (I didn't learn much about Tails sadly.) But I think this artwork process has definitely made me a guaranteed Sonic The Hedgehog fan.
Anyway, this piece was both fun and challenging to make, especially Tails (Like really, I had a hard time drawing Tails... it is quite sad actually). Out of them all Tails was the most difficult. Sonic was the easiest, then Knuckles, Amy, and then Tails. But overall I really enjoyed this process. I have never done a fanart like this and I quite like how it turned out (Okay we get it. I know). This is the second theme on the list so stay tuned because now I have to decide whether Pokemon or Sly Cooper is going to be my next pick because they both got the same percentage in votes ... Well enough of my rambling, I hope I aim to please~
Btw what is your favorite sonic character? Mine is Knuckles. Gotta love that master emerald guardian :)
