Joey is Elise's cousin (his father is the otter, Judd's brother Alan). He's quite a scamp who likes swimming and boxing and showing off his tail standing skills, but hates wearing dresses and playing croquet (he says its boring). He and Elise love each other like as they were brother and sister. Hope, y'all will like him.
