Finally completed this, as when I started to do the sketch for this, I decided to pull parts of it to create the young references for Ion and Zephyr as I wanted to get their clothing right and now that I have that, I was finally able to complete the piece I was working on before getting sidetracked. The background was inspired from the Lost Wood in The Legend of Zelda series.
~ Ion and Zephyr continued walking down the forest path, their energy still running high from taking down a large bandit group that tried to attack them. Yes they somewhat provoked that bandit group into doing so but their retaliation was for not as Ion and Zephyr quickly and skillfully dispatched them all. Night was now settling in, as the forest grew darker, with only the moon above and mystical glowing mushrooms laying in the tall grass creating light at first. The mushrooms though seamed to attract the fireflies as many small glowing lights started to dance around, illuminating the small clouds of mist that came with the night. Then a more mystical element of the world started to appear, this forest in particular seamed to attract these weird creatures as they started to float all around, giving off a faint light. Ion and Zephyr stopped to look around, fascinated by the sight not many get to see, the silence of the night only broken by Zephyr curiously asking "what are they?" "Wisps I think, at least that is what some legends say" Ion answered back "souls of the departed that help guide travelers on their journeys, but again it is only a story as no one really know what these creatures are." These wisps gave off a warm comforting feeling, as they were very harmless, no wonder people liked to say these feel good stories about them. They would make their way, moving randomly along though they seamed to sense the presence of the two young travelers, as one wisp seamed to take an interest in them, constantly floating in circles around them. "Maybe the stories are true" Ion added before Zephyr asked "think he is here with us?" "I would love to think so" Ion answered still in fascination of the one wisp that continued to circle them, then all of a sudden the wisp seemed to strangle float around Ion's shoulder, almost like it was tapping on it, trying to warn him of something, as his shoulder started to feel very warm. It is not like Ion couldn't sense that something was following them, he could swear a couple of times when he started to look behind him, that there was a shadow that was tailing them but every time he fully turned his head around, the shadow would be gone. Now with the wisp seemingly telling him the same thing, Ion told Zephyr is was probably a good idea to keep moving, as something was off. The continued on, their guard up as they were very alert and attentive to their surroundings. They came to a small clearing in the middle of the wood, the wisps and fireflies not approaching this part, except for the one that took an interest in them, still following fairly closely. Ion and Zephyr stopped just as they entered the clearing, looking around to find nothing until the wisp floated ahead, revealing the outline of a hooded being, sword in hand and looking to attack. Was the wisp just leading them to this being, or was it really trying to protect them form it? It didn't matter now as the shadowy creature seemed to set the two boys in it's eyes, Ion and Zephyr readied their weapons to defend themselves, as the shadow came in for an attack..... ~

And you did it quite well. Actually i am ashamed....i have looked at a full play-through of ocarina of time master quest recently. I should have recognized the shape. If i remember well, they are also in kokiri village ^^'
