I plan on using this in conjunction with my official reference sheet for Ion (https://inkbunny.net/s/2181330), I wanted to draw something with Ion and Zephyr when they were young and just starting on their journey but also wanted to update their official attire from that time period and the drawing just ended up as a clothing reference sheet (maybe in the future I will commission to get a better one done).
So this is Ion's attire/equipment from the age of 14 when he and Zephyr started their journey to the age of 18 when he had his serious injury where he lost his arm (Ion official reference is from the age of 20 onward, after his two year long recovery). He wears the hat from his childhood until the age of 16 when he becomes a Contract Hunter and it gets lost during a interaction on his first Contract, during a situation that just shows him how dangerous being a Contract Hunter can be. Ion also occasionally wears this outfit between the age of 10 to 14 as well, usually when he was training or having small adventures with Zephyr and Flint, as they towards their dream of becoming Contract Hunters.
