This is Elsa the Pterodactyl, from 'We're Back: a Dinosaur's Story' (WBaDS).
Every time I see this movie (which isn't often), I swear it's from Don Bluth ...but it's not: it's a Spielberg movie. :P
That said, Spielberg was a producer of 'The Land Before Time' (1988): a film that was directed by Don Bluth, and from which WBaDS draws some creative influence (albeit, no animators were shared between films insofar as I was able to determine).
Anyway, WBaDS is a very strange and pointless movie, yet replete with eye candy (the animation is great!). For the curious, WBaDS may be seen here (link tested 08/12/2020): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74oBPzbHCjg
...Don't expect that link to be around long, as YT has its own upload of the movie that requires payment to watch. To be fair, I'll link to the pay version here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dyd2iYxVgBQ
(I have a store-bought copy of the DVD, so I don't mind watching free on YT if I feel like it). ^^
Once again, I've used the Dixon 9H 'El Dorado' pencil to produce this card's undersketch, and have gone over its lines via an Eberhard Faber Blackwing 602 pencil.
The Blackwing is a very good pencil (as well quite famous!), albeit, it creates some dust, esp. if you pet lines as I do (which, in fairness, is a bad drawing habit). But, then, who wouldn't want to pet Elsa, right? Rex certainly does! *shot*
...Right. Anyway, Elsa wasn't the easiest subject to draw with these pencils together. The 9H pencil is, effectively, a stick with a rock at its end, and the Blackwing is a liberal graphite giver. What this means is the dust from the latter will fall (hopelessly) into any errant lines made by the former, esp. if said lines leave a groove in the paper. Bear the tiny, tiny scale I draw in to mind (as well the fact Elsa is more detailed than many of my subjects) and you'll get a vicarious taste of the difficulty.
Still, I'm accustomed to ACO format by now, and my watchers know better than to expect greatness from me! XD
Last, I'm noticing I'm closing in on completing my draw list. What this means is I'll probably be revisiting my sketch dumps and making proper ACOs of some of their subjects, in addition to redrawing selected quickies, etc (some may have noticed uploads missing from my galleries ...that's because I deleted them for future redrawing).
Nicely done. You say you can't draw. Well, while you're drawings are basic, they're decently done. Even when I did my best I couldn't get anything decent on paper. Keep it up!

Interesting you bring this up, as I'm listening to a sermon on the power of words. When we say negative things about ourselves, we tend to bring them about (for the spoken/written word is powerful).
Words are like seeds---once they are planted into the ground, they will bring a harvest" -Apostle MVG Lephoko
Aw <3 I should lighten up on the self-deprecation. Interesting you bring this up, as I'm listening
I have an 'It's good enough' perspective on my art. Sometimes I'll dislike a line enough to change it (even after I've uploaded the drawing already), but usually, I tell myself something like, "It's no worse than the art next to it". ^^

I will say, I've never watched the movie before. BUT, I have heard of this character lol. So while I am aware of him, I don't know anything about him or the movie lol. Ok anyways, nice job man as always

<3 In fairness, even if you had seen it, you'd likely have forgotten it right after. WBaDS is not a very sensible movie; it's not too engaging, save for its animation.

Oh, I've heard of those. And watched both lol. But, I don't keep track on who created those shows. Just one of those things where I don't care lmao. But I did love watching those cartoons as a kid. In fact Land Before Time was something I watched ALL the time, for the longest time. From as a toddler to around 8 years old I think.

Ah. I was going to suggest you begin with The Secret of NIMH (so you can see what Bluth was capable of), but you already know (you just didn't have a name to attach to it). :3
