Hmmm, I wonder how far the story will be progressing after this event. I mean, with Coal rescuing Milo I assume it is not too far off that they'll end up together, which in a novel with a topic like this would usually be something happening relatively close to the end. Then again there are still some unresolved issues, unless those things were wrapped up on the pages we did not get to see in the previews. Anyways, this does feel like part of the climax of the story. I am curious what comes next.

I hope there will be enough of an ending to wrap up the loose ends of all the other stories. Everybody has earned a happy ending, except Gaston, who has earned handcuffs and a trip in the back of a police car. Joey and Annie deserve positive results. And the entire saga would be incomplete without a detailed telling of the whole history of Milo's shirt.
