I'm very proud of this little doodle. I thought of the image a long while ago but didn't actually draw a thumbnail until Friday, then had the push to realize it Saturday.

I think I'm starting to get into my groove of pony style. I don't think I'm really capable of doing exact show accurate style, but this push towards simplified tooniness is going to be good for me to be more productive with art.

This means that I'll spend less time trying to draw 'realistically' but when I do I will put more effort into making my realistic drawings accurate portraits, while also giving me the freedom to better study expression and movement in the rest of my work.

Anyway, the image itself is of my OC Indigo Breeze with the background pony Doctor Whoof, but the pegasus version.

I'll probably adapt any future versions of him to be more unique (as my boyfriend who posts as the Doctor likes to be a unique Doctor) as well as varying up the design on Indigo more (because as with my fursona, hair cuts are frequently subject to change)
