Character Description
Victoria attends Dawnstone primary alongside Reagan, Riley, and her friends Sora and Penelope, as well as another girl, Maylene. Victoria's very smart, but doesn't relate to people that well. Penelope and Sora are the only 2 people she's genuinely felt close to. She's also a trained ice mage, having studied for a couple of years at the nearby magic academy, though she's an apprentice at best, most of that was leraned in her own experimentation and her natural affinity as an ice dragon. She doesn't tolerate Maylene that much, though she does admire the girl's brute strength.

Background/History
Victoria was born in the city of dragons, Sapphire Outlook, but she went to Dawnstone at age 8. She was the new girl, and being a dragon, made it really hard for her. the only people who didn't treat her differently were Penelope and Sora, who were her 2 best friends ever since. The past year, she, along with Reagan, Maylene, and a few other kids, male and female, started up a club for practice fighting and martial arts.

Victoria lives in Dawnstone, Solara, Arcturus V, however she was originally born in Sapphire Overlook, in the mountains of northern Solara, north of Briarwood by about 100 miles.
Body
Victoria is slender, average height for her age, her skin is dark blue, with a really light blue belly. her eyes are a deep sapphire blue, and she has shoulder-length dirty blonde hair.
Clothing
Victoria usually wears form fitting yet stretchable skirts, made of jersey cotton or lycra normally. She also usually wears midriff-showing tops, colors vary. at night she wears a short nightshirt.
