I wonder if I should have cropped the (viewer's) right side more.

This week probably won't see two pictures, because I've been busy duking it out with my anxiety and I'm pretty beat.

Solvent markers, some watercolor pencil, white gel pen - that I probably overused, but I was trying out what I could do with it.

Agreeing with Nori that the cropping looks fine here. Also, I love the sky and foliage; that style has a very cute 'children's book' feel to it. Also love the way you did the water and its natural sparkliness!

It's good to hear. I thought it looked okay, but composition's never been my strong suit. :p
I'm going to keep working at backgrounds, this is really encouraging :)
