Another transfer from Deviantart!

I started drawing consistently again near the end of March and this is among my first attempts. It was a lot of fun to draw! The idea began once I noticed character similarities between Donkey Kong and The Lion King:

Simba & Nala - Diddy & Dixie,
Scar - Kaptain K. Rool,
Zazu - Squawks etc.

I gave it my best effort at the time to draw hair and fabric since the Rareware DK games had amazing technical feats for the time. Always good to honor such accomplishments!
