The one of the left is based on her original outfit in the books (though I assumed it was the other way around - plain in the books and spotty on TV - but I guess it was plain, to help the animators and cartoonists when adapting the books for TV) and on the right is the Sister Bear attire she wore in episode "The Trouble With Grown-Ups" (and if you make a Jeffrey Kitsch "TV vs Book"/"Spot the Differences" comparison video, you'll largely note that in the cartoon, the cubs don their grown-ups costumes when Mama & Papa dress up as them, whereas in the book, they don't).
