In the year 1960, it was becoming apparent to Rufus Opossum and his wife that their five cubs are getting grown enough to want some room and personal space...Their house trailer wasn't big enough to accommodate a family of five cubs. In the following year of 1961, Rufus, with the help from his two sons, build an add-on to the family home. In the locality where they live, a building permit was not required to undertake the project.
The addition created two spacious bedrooms...The two sons have one room. The two younger sisters have the other room. The oldest sister, being the oldest sibling, gets one of the old original bedrooms to herself. Mom and Dad uses the master bedroom that is originally part of the trailer.
Before the addition was built, the trailer was a two bedroom home, in which the parents slept in the master bedroom, and all five cubs shared the other bedroom.
I'm still yet to disclose the make and model year of their station wagon...unless someone else guesses it first. BTW...The car has no radio antenna, because it was one of those cars that came from the factory without a radio.
