It was a well played out act of team work. It is one of the things I really love about the remake is the character fleshing out and interaction. Like the original will always have a place in my heart but damn if the feels don't hit you hard and often in the remake.

I agree. A lot of people who are complaining its not even 1/10 of the original game annoy me. No one forced you to buy it. I knew it was gonna be only Midgar going in and I feel like I got my money's worth. Do some research before buying people.

Exactly. And they fleshed out everything really nicely, AND they still had post game content,AND AND the managed to get the crazy house in the game! Which is like midgars most iconic enemy.

I honestly think its unfair to compare the two as the original is that classic JRPG game where remake is new JRPG. Also not gonna lie, the nostalgic factor does play a heavy bias in why I love remake so much. But gonna eventually go back and play original again at some point. Need to finally beat Emerald and Ruby finally.

I've played the remake demo. It has things that I dislike and things that I think were vast improvements. But over all, I've decided to wait until the full story is released as a bundle pack, and purchased FFVII for the PS4 instead.
The combat is a lot nicer and it's nice hearing Nanaki speaking.
