It has been close to 10 years since Sonic and Sally have been married they had their kids, but Sonic had this feeling of regret that he didn't feel whole. He realizes that he keeps thinking about one person, Ash, why he doesn't know all he knows is when he thinks of the mongoose he wants to see him. So in secret he gets in contact with him to meet up. Ash was surprised to hear from Sonic now a King and that he wanted to meet up, he was hesitant at the thought because he still held something for the now married hedgehog l, but he thought maybe meeting up with him would settle things for him. So they meet up in secret Sonic thinking he would be clever but Ash just see's the goof he loves...oh boy.
