Behold, my original superhero idea that I finally put together enough to submit to the public!
Artist’s note: they’re all blank bodies because... they can be anyone at all! And now for some backstory.
The seven chakras are energies that all human beings possess, and each one is dependent on the person’s mental, emotional and spiritual state. However, there are a select handful of people chosen by an entity known as the Great Rainbow Lotus who can tap into the fullest potential of those energies, granting them amazing powers and abilities. These people become heroes of balance known as the Lotus Corps, each divided into seven teams.
List of Lotus Corps teams
Red Lotus: A red seed from the Great Rainbow Lotus allows a person to tap into the fullest power of Muladhara chakra, transforming them into a Red Lotus. These people are experts at self-preservation and survival, and are deeply connected with the Earth and their past. They stand by their personal beliefs, and don’t believe in materialism.
Orange Lotus: An orange seed from the Great Rainbow Lotus allows a person to tap into the fullest power of Svadhishthana chakra, transforming them into an Orange Lotus. These people are passionate and intimate pleasure seekers, unafraid to express their feelings and emotions. They are also creative and artistic, and practice healthy habits on a regular basis.
Yellow Lotus: A yellow seed from the Great Rainbow Lotus allows a person to tap into the fullest power of Manipura chakra, transforming them into a Yellow Lotus. These people possess a strong sense of self, and understand the path in life they must take. They think highly of themselves, and easily shrug off social tethers.
Green Lotus: A green seed from the Great Rainbow Lotus allows a person to tap into the fullest power of Anahata chakra, transforming them into a Green Lotus. These people express gratitude, kindness and generosity openly, and are outgoing and sociable with others easily. They strive to bring people together, and see a world where everyone gets along with everyone else.
Blue Lotus: A blue seed from the Great Rainbow Lotus allows a person to tap into the fullest power of Vishuddha chakra, transforming them into a Blue Lotus. These people avidly seek the truth and express their true selves openly, but can also listen intently to others and can glean important details from what people say. They are honest with everything they talk about, making them great conversationalists.
Indigo Clan: An indigo seed from the Great Rainbow Lotus allows a person to tap into the fullest power of Ajna chakra, transforming them into a member of the Indigo Clan. These people are able to see both inner and outer worlds, and cannot be tricked by illusions of any kind. They are highly analytical, but if you can earn their trust, they can become valuable allies.
Star Amethyst: A violet seed from the Great Rainbow Lotus allows a person to tap into the fullest power of Sahasrara chakra, transforming them into a Star Amethyst. These people are constantly peaceful due to understanding the unity of all creation, even themselves. They operate under a collective hive mind, and listen to none other than the Divine itself.
