I was born in 1981, in the West. My parents hadn't much money, but we did allow ourselves the luxury of cable television. We had most of the channels, excluding HBO and a few others that were mostly adult oriented (which suited me fine). This meant I was blessed with Nickelodeon, Disney, USA Network, PBS, ABC, CBS, Fox and TFC.
And since Ive had very, very little schooling (I've been told I should write a book about my life, but I digress) I got to spend all day at home playing with Lego and watching cartoons on (effectively) every channel.
...Yet, somehow, I missed Blinky Bill. :P
I certainly saw Blinky Bill's cousin 'The Adventures of the Little Koala', but not Blinky Bill (or Kissyfur, for that matter, but that's another ACEO). So, all my experience with *Blinky has come late in life (and fairly recent).
*Well, there's Blinky from 'Noozles', but that's yet another ACEO!
Anyway, I have now seen a few episodes of Blinky Bill (and fully intend to view some others) and ...*I've fallen in love with Shifty Dingo. :p
*I'm not alone in that---I know a regular on DA who uses the character as their avatar, so I'm sure to hear from them (which would, of course, be a good thing!).
Anyway... Shifty! :3
