Ace Incredible in: Lovers’ Quarrel
By Andlat

Ace Incredible, leader of the Planet Strikers, navigated the shuttle down toward the strange ship. He had originally planned on just going for a joy ride, but his sensors had picked up this ship and he could not help but investigate. It had a serial number painted on the side, the usual eleven digits, but running it through his shuttle’s computer produced nothing.
“Serial code 14211819525 is invalid.” The computer said in its formal voice. The fox hmmed thoughtfully.
“Computer. Check for docking bays.” The computer busied itself for a moment.
“Four docking bays found. Setting course for the nearest.” Ace Incredible grinned to himself. A short investigation would get him to the bottom of this in no time.
The locks hissed as his shuttle docked smoothly with the ship. He pushed buttons on the console to scan the ship for lifeforms.
“Nothing.” He said curiously. “Yet it’s perfectly habitable.” He shrugged and undid his safety harness. “Computer. Open the doors. I’m going to investigate.” The door slid smoothly open and he stepped out. He turned on his spacesuit’s flashlight with a click. He frowned. Nothing looked out of the ordinary. In fact, this ship appeared to be just what it had been from the outside: an abandoned freight barge, most likely of Bioninoid origin. “I’ll keep looking.” He decided, heading further into the vessel. He still and the electric tether to his shuttle in case he needed to get away quickly.
He had spent time on freight barges before, but it was not like they were designed to be confusing: a few hallways for administration around a large storage area. He resolved to go investigate the storage area as that might give him some answers. He headed toward the middle of the barge. He came to the entrance to the storage and paused as he noticed the keypad.
“What might your password be?” He wondered, keying in the master password. The keypad buzzed. “Invalid password. Hmm.” He thought for a moment. “How about 14211819525?” The keypad dinged and the door slid smoothly open. “There we go!” Ace said, stepping through into the brightly lit room. He barked in surprise as he fell over. It took him a minute to realize that he had just stepped onto a conveyor belt that was moving quickly. He tried to roll off of it, but there were rails on either side that restrained him to the conveyor belt. He looked ahead just as he plunged into a large machine. Even without his flashlight, Ace would have been able to see as the interior was well-lit, oddly by what looked like nightlights.
Robotic arms descended from both sides and began to remove his spacesuit. Ace struggled, but the arms were too efficient. His briefs were next to go, leaving the intrepid space explorer naked. He exited that machine and continued down the rapidly moving conveyor belt toward another machine. He watched curiously as this second machine sprinkled a sweet-smelling powder all over his lower half. He realized too late what was happening. The mechanical arms slipped a super thick disposable diaper under his rump and made short work of taping it up. He quickly emerged from that machine.
“Help!” Ace yelled out, but his voice simply echoed through the empty storage area before he entered a third machine. Try as he might to fight them, the mechanical arms easily held him up as a blue onsie covered in yellow stars and moons was pulled over his head. As soon as his vulpine head popped out of the onsie, the fat nipple of an enormous baby bottle was shoved in and the fox was forced to nurse. Try as he might, the bottle kept flowing its sweet contents into his muzzle, preventing him from fighting off the baby bonnet and thick blue mittens that the machine put on him next. Suddenly, the conveyor belt stopped moving at its speedy velocity, but only so that the machine could feed him the bottle. The bottle finally drained and the mechanical arms burped the grown fox. The final humiliation was an oversized pacifier, which an arm gracefully placed in his muzzle. His changing complete, the machines deposited him in an enormous playpen, one of the arms attempting to entertain him with a rattle. Ace Incredible growled and hit the arm away, but it kept coming back.
“You know, I always suspected.” Ace Incredible jumped at the familiar voice. There was a bright flash of a camera as Rex Starblast stepped into view. The fox glared at the powerfully-built tiger, an eyepatch over his right eye. “Even when we were dating, somehow I knew you were just an overgrown cub. It just took a little help from the Bioninoids to prove it.” Ace Incredible spit out the pacifier.
“I should have known you were behind this, Rex.” He said, glaring at his rival. The tiger smirked, purring deeply.
“My plan’s not done yet. Thanks to this photo, your precious Planet Strikers will be disbanded. You’ll have no choice but to join my Fighters of the Impossible.” Ace Incredible frowned.
“I outrank you!” He retorted. The tiger grinned.
“Oh, you wouldn’t be a full member of the team. You’d be the baby of the team.” Ace Incredible blushed deeply. Did he have any choice?
