You wondered where your old Rabbit plush went, you could have sworn you put it atop the shelf as a decoration, but it was just gone. It saddened you as that plush had followed you through your entire life, where you went as a kid Rabbit went with you. Only now that you were grown up you had gotten cautious with sleeping with him, not because you did not want to, but because you were afraid you might damage him while you tossed and turned during your sleep. As you went to sleep however you found a very unexpected guest in your bed. "I can't believe how much you have grown before my eyes my boy. You were just a sprout when we first met" The anthropomorphic Rabbit smiled at you "I might be old, but I want to play a little still if you will allow it" "Come, come into bed and hug your old pal Rabbit, bury your head in my white fur and drift into dreamland" Well...this might as well have already been a dream, you might well enjoy it.
I had an idea for a story about plushies coming to life, but it did not really go anywhere, but it did makes me think of Winnie the pooh and my favorite grumpy rabbit: Rabbit x3 So I had this made as part in paying tribute to another of my childhood memories.
