Campy is the artist behind the webcomic Forest Hill. He's here on InkBunny at https://inkbunny.net/CampionL AND he's got his own website at https://www.foresthillcomic.org/ !!! He recently moved and was unable to maintain his super strict comic schedule, so he informed his followers that they could make fanart to be used as filler, if they felt so inclined. SFW, of course! I've done his art in the past, but at work I leaned towards MY style instead, and this is kind of how it turned out, lol. Tanya had the perfect plan to get Kaleb: save a few snowballs until summer, so she could ambush him. The look of shock and surprise on his face as he wouldn't be able to fight back would have been priceless! Unfortunately, those snowballs froze, and turned to ice... I hope this picture is okay. Love ya people! <3
CSI would come by on scene. The guy would come out and inspect Kaleb's body. "Looks like this kid... *wears sunglasses* … got ICED." YEAAAAHOWWWWWW!!! Dun, dun-dun dunhhh!

Nah... she's out to win, but she's not a bully. Purely accidental. Kids don't really have much experience to take into account possible bad results for their actions. Just an accidental ice ball. Hope she makes it up to him later by being his man-servant for a day (or until he's had enough extra attention!)

lol she's lucky usually my mom would find and throw away my attempted saved snowballs. And scraping enough frost from the walls of the deep freeze never worked well as A replacement snowball.

I remember when super soakers were relatively new. Not squirt guns, but the branded super soakers. New toy for hardcore water fights. Shortly after they had this idea to have ink dye squirters that used batteries to machinegun squirts out. And shortly after THAT some stupid teenagers started putting Bleach into super soakers, likely for the same intended effect, to ruin clothes. I think Colin is right, that she's lucky it was JUST a black eye, and nothing more serious. A lesson in cause-and-effect, consequences, is in effect. Don't know how I got this story from your ice freezer shavings, lol. Maybe I'm destined to be a school teacher, one that goes off on tangents with storytelling. :3

Tanya is a vixen, lol! She's pretty damn close to getting a good smack, but she really didn't mean to hurt her friend Kaleb. She thought the snowball would stay soft; her intent was just to shock him with an ambush in the middle of June. Sometimes a strict lecture does wonders. <3

Pretty sure I saw this exact comic, and a few others similar to it, when I was a kid. Man, we even got the same MONTH! If that isn't co-incidence, I don't know what is... >:3 Calvin and Hobbes, Rin Tin, Spy vs Spy, MAN, what other comics were cool in the 90s?...

Heh, here in Canada with 7 months of winter, we don't use that reference, lol. >_< "Lasts as long as the soft serve ice cream machine at McDonalds keeps working!" would be better. :P
