So, now for one of few SFW pictures of Saryala, and up to this point. I've told about the fact that she's a queen. but I've never shown her when she's in full royalty mode. And so here she is. All kitted out with her garbs and jewels.
The necklace and crown, made of silver and rose gold. are imbued with her magic, making them only capable of being worn by the queen herself. the Jewels would simply fall through the grasp of anyone else who attempts to pick them up and wear them. Once worn, a crest of magically imbued crystals phase into existence to add a radiant aura to highlight behind her horns. three crystals following the dorsal spines down her neck, while two more flank on either side of her spines between the top two crystals. These crystals, along with ones permanently present on the garments themselves glow with a teal/cyan aura.
These same crystals decorate the halls and rooms of the palace as well. especially the ones which get no direct sunlight from the outside. so the crystals radiate a sunny yellow glow that bathes the room in natural sunlight to properly give the warmth and glow of being sunlit. And when one wants their room to darken, the crystals will dim until their bodies are just a glass transparent look like a prism, but will still have very faint filaments of energy that move and writhe within the crystal's interior, similar to the plasma of a lightning ball.
The crystals are also effectively indestructible. Actually breaking one isn't too much of a hassle. it takes a lot of effort though. holding a Jackhammer to one will manage to make a mean crack in one such of these crystals, But it will wear down the hammer's bit quite a lot, and the crystal, being made of pure magical energy, will just mend itself seconds later. even if you manage to crack the whole thing in half, it will just reform as if nothing happened. Despite their durability, they don't make very good armor, But magically adept dragons do make use of them for offensive and defensive capabilities if used in a fight. able to make barriers, and even weapons if the user is an anthromorph.
