Spec ops teams usually work in small groups. Individuals who splinter off to accomplish multiple mission goals at the same time. as well as to mass confusion in the area so that multiple target points can be hit at once. Sho 'Varun is one of those spec ops leaders, and under him is a spec ops expert Thawe 'Vadam. Part of the 'Vadam clan just like Thel, the Arbiter. She serves directly under Sho, though as a team, they split up and work to take on their individual targets at the same time. So both of them are used to working alone as a team.

Thawe 'Vadam is usually fairly quiet, though can have a boastful side if you get her talking. And while she's usually the covert type along with Sho, she has taken open combat. All sangheili are adept in a good old fire fight. So when she goes in, she prefers to have someone behind her just in case. or at the very least so someone could cover her ass. she's got a lot of it to cover. ;3
