The planet Mobius is large, mysterious, and filled with many wonders. Be it the abundance of the exotic indigenous populace and their widely diverse civilizations, or the numerous pocket dimensions known as 'Zones', adventure awaits at every corner of the globe. And another is about to begin.

Location: The Chrome Gadget Zone. As the day comes to a close around this deserted industrial facility, a new face has appeared. Or rather...faceless? Where did this 'Phantom' come from? And where is he going, if anywhere at all?
