I've been experimenting whether the clothed or furclad versions have better appeal to the audience out there...
...Which version do you like better?...The furclad version posted on September 8th, 2019, or the clothed version in this posting?

Pic # 1
This is Saturday, July 23rd of 1960. The place is south of the outskirts of Denver, Colorado.
It is 7:00 in the evening, and Sheldon Wolf is leaving Joe Wildcat's Truckstop and Cafe' after fueling up his truck and getting some supper in the cafe'. This is facing south in the direction where Sheldon Wolf will travel to deliver brand new 1960 Plymouth automobiles to various dealerships;
The white station wagon and the blue sedan is bound for Antonito, Colorado.
The red convertible, gold & white coupe and the blueish gray station wagon is bound for Albuquerque.
The black coupe and the green sedan are bound for LasCruces, New Mexico.
Sheldon, like other independent truckers contracted by Great West Auto Transport, had picked up the load of cars at the Union Pacific Railroad depot in Denver...Those cars arrived along with other cars by rail from Detroit to Denver.
By the way...The blueish gray station wagon is the one that Al and Marge Coyote had Dave Pine Martin order for them at Albuquerque Chrysler Plymouth.
The highway, part of Route 285, is one of those narrow, concrete slab highways that is barely wide enough for two trucks to pass by each other. Despite the road being narrow, the speed limit on it is 70 mph because of it being so rural. Of course, not many motorists ever do abide by that 70 mph speed limit.

Pic # 2
Close up of the front of Sheldon's rig and of the highway. Sheldon is wearing a pair of olive green work pants (can't be seen in the truck) and a white T-shirt. Sheldon Wolf being an independent trucker, he can dress as casual as he wants.
One of the truck drivers, an otter, is at the cafe' counter having supper and coffee. The otter's saddle shoes and small cuff turned up on the pants were in style in those days. The Otter is also an independent.

Pic # 3
The waitress, a cheetah, makes sure her customers get the service, and coffee refills, they want...The female cheetah does get her most generous tips from her male customers. She is wearing a classic waitress uniform of that day and time.

Pic # 4
A raccoon and a bear are also among the clientele presently at the cafe'.
The raccoon is wearing a truck driver's uniform that includes a hat.
The bear is wearing a really snazzy, checkered shirt with a red collar...No doubt the bear is wearing red pants and white shoes to go with that shirt. That would be considered hip and cool back in the day.
The bear is not a trucker. He is a marketing rep for a company that supplies aftermarket parts for street rods and professional race cars. That was a thriving business back during that time era.

Pic # 5
A lion driving for B.F.C. Hauling has just arrived to the truck stop...Like the raccoon in the cafe', he too is wearing a company supplied uniform.
The reason the truck he is driving has no raised exhaust stacks is because it is one of those gasoline powered trucks which were common back in the day.

In the pic link below;
Antonito is near the New Mexico border, thus that will keep Sheldon on the road until around midnight before he stops to get some sleep for the night. Sheldon encounters this curve sometime during that night drive, but he has driven this highway many times and knows how dangerous that curve is.

Thank you...

Those cars are brand new 1960 Plymouths.
Sheldon Wolf's truck is a 1959 Mack.
And the truck the lion is driving is an International Harvester built in the 1950s.
