This is a fairly old pic that I finally got around to finishing. I think the original idea was that I wanted to draw myself a fancy bondage-y phone wallpaper, but that didn't really go any further than the concept... although I guess it can still be used for that X3

If I hadn't gotten sick lately, I might not have actually returned to finish the thing. So, I guess there's some good in that. However, even though I do adore Rouge and seeing her tied, I'm starting to notice there might be getting a bit too much of her and other characters are getting neglected. I might want to shift priorities.
