I have plenty of stuff that I've never released, because I am a huge coward. One in particular is a complete prototype for a monster-battle game where instead of 'health', you damage the monsters' clothing until they leave the fight.

It is silly, and I think some people would actually enjoy it, so I'd might as well put it out there, right? In the meantime, I'll be throwing out some teasers for anyone who's interested.

Please bear in mind the art was all made quick for prototyping purposes - basically doodles. Full game characters would be a lot more refined.

These sprites look super cool, I love them. Did the game ever finish production?

Thanks! Unfortunately, I didn't get a lot further than the little demo game here.
There just wasn't a lot of interest and my financial situation was getting urgent, so I had to drop it. I'd like to come back to it someday though!

That's unfortunate and I completely understand, it's tough to make games, takes so much time and assets. I hope you manage to get back to it sometime, it sounds like you're still passionate about it.

Yeah, it's a huge sink of time and effort, and it's still a gamble. It's always nice to end up with something to show for it though, even if it doesn't quite make it!
