This would be the logo and the name of my taqueria (which honestly, it is a very common name for a taqueria here in Mexico, there was a place with this exact name a block away my parents' house).

I can see that being used for a sign/mascot of a lot of taquerias locally. Haven't seen "Tacos los Pacos" used on any of taquerias in my hometown, but I do see the term "Ricos Tacos" used a lot. Now let's see him with a big bowl of menudo!
