Dante assures me after five minutes of thorough watching, that he only saw and spoke to two mice last night in the cabin. Only two, sure. Or at least, that he could see ;).
Inspired from a cabin trip in northern AZ. Yes, while there, I only saw two mice... and that someone else had left them an entire loaf of Italian bread under the refrigerator. I'm not sure how old the Italian bread was, but I wasn't about to stick my hand under there and fight them for it (remember, I only SAW two). Naturally, they were a bit unnerving, when you're sleeping less then a half-a-foot off the floor and you hear something rush by your bed. I told myself it was just the wind, but slept lightly just in case I rolled on top of something warm, fuzzy and un-eager to cuddle. I didn't have any problems, though and really, the mice were super cute, so cute they inspired me to draw this picture.
