Lucas the rabbit and Misha the fox are being prepped for a physical by the same doctor who keeps doing naughty things to Lucas. In real like, I'm unsure a doctor would see two unrelated patients at the same time this way... but then, this alligator is no ordinary doctor. Judging from Misha's nervousness it's a surefire bet that Lucas has warned him about this doctor (which begs the question of how Misha was persuaded to come... and why Lucas keeps returning!).
