A few days after Kiley's makeover, it was about time for Labelle's salon visit, since she tends to keep her appearance up as Gracie had taught her. She kind of wished maybe one day Sable could take a day off and visit the salon herself, and maybe Mabel too, but the Able Sisters saw customers daily; maybe it'd just be a pipe dream. However, when Harriet offered the "New U" service, Labelle certainly figured she'd try it out.
After she was done, Lacey's quills were much softer, and maybe now she wouldn't tear her bed and pillow up. She felt like a new hedgehog as promised, and considering her satisfaction, she just knew she needed to be a dutiful maid and talk her sisters into a salon trip! It was mandatory, after all.
