Another subject who seems to never, EVER have villagers stop by to buy anything while I'm shopping, it was clear Kicks and his name brand store was failing. Sure, they'd stop in to buy and send me shoes or socks in the mail, but that's just mean to Kicks. And in Tonia's eyes, not very profitable. Naturally, Kicks became a subject for the "New U" ordinance. One stop at Shampoodle later, Kiley left much happier than she went in, and knew exactly how to market her wares.
