A bit of an emotional piece, recalling memories of his days in the military :)
Been trying to work more texture into my paintings, and again continuing with the realistic fur :) I'm loving the results of it! Very fluffy and adorable :D Really enjoyed working on this one, the atmosphere and emotion and all ^^ Very rarely do I draw tigers as well, I think this is my first color illustration with one! I don't do many modern environments either, but I really like how it turned out :D Ended up exactly as I envisioned it at the start haha (I love it when that happens!)

It's still quite hard to layer everything with the shading. I'd do the shading normally, then using the color picker pick some colors from the lit areas to overlap the shadow areas and highlights to overlap the lit areas
