Going again with the Dr Who theme (I'm wondering if I should do a Dr Who folders to sort out those pictures at this point)? Here is me going through time and dressing accordingly... for boys wore dresses for many centuries ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breeching_(boys) ) which for the 18th and 19th was also because it's much easier to check and change diapers when you don't have to unbutton pants.
So, no, no sissies here, no princess, just a time traveller trying to not sort out in the middle of the era he is travelling in.
