As funny as the caption in this picture is when toddlers (and even many older kids) pee in the pool while swimming they are not actually doing it on purpose. The temperature change and the exertion associated with swimming actually causes it to happen without any voluntary input on the swimmer’s part.

The other thing is also often 100 percent involuntary (hence the swim diaper).
