Character Description
Outlaw is a bounty hunter that works for villains. He likes to make bets with other bounty hunters to see who is the best which usually gets him into trouble. He enjoys teasing his SO. He also has no problem killing someone.

Outlaw can be quite egotistic and can be prideful. He can be a nice person when he wants to be.

Background/History
Outlaw had been living a rough life on the streets since he could remember. Always stealing to survive. When he was 14, he got into some trouble when he tried to steal from a notorious villain. Outlaw had to kill him in self defense and later found out he had a bounty on his head, a small one, but enough for Outlaw to live on. Since then he started his life as a bounty hunter. By the time he was 15, he had his limbs and eyes replaced with cybernetic parts thinking it would make him a better bounty hunter.

Outlaw has a black body and wings. His hair is blue and combed to the left. His eyes cybernetic making his sclera's black and his eyes are purple. Outlaw's arms and legs are robotic. His muzzle and inner ears are a light tan color and has a scar across his right cheek and over his nose.
