In the late 1990's, Butch Wanikami was an outgoing, but cynical teenager in high school. He had also been a slacker, not really focusing on his schoolwork and not taking his studies seriously. He'd rather listen to his metal music, go to the arcade, and hang out with his older cousin Sobek after school and on weekends. He did have a good relationship with his single father, Arsinoe, They shared many common interests, like watching sports games and working on automotive projects in the garage, Butch deeply respected and admired his old man, and as the years went on, considered him to be like a dudebro who he was comfy with and could easily talk to about anything, including coming out as being bisexual. Arsinoe later persuaded his son to join the varsity high school football team. which led to Butch becoming more responsible, improving his grades and getting a scholarship to attend college. Indeed, Butch developed to become a proud, exceptional krokodyle, thanks to his loving, supportive dad, and he's become more awesome during his time at the university.
