Now hold on a moment everyone. You can't just shoot him for a slap! Now before you get angry at that please keep reading. See if you shoot him for the slap you would be charged with murder....however! If you went over and kicked him in the side of the knee, then twisted and broke his arm and shoulder while driving his face into the dirt so he could be immobilized until the police arrived to arrest him for assault, Then you would be cleared of charges due to protecting a minor and deescalating the situation by immobilizing the attacker. However that is the fast way...if I had my way I would do as much damage as I could before I held the man down and called the police, all could be claimed as needed to stop the drunk from further harm to the young girl at his door. Maybe a broken jaw, kneed nads..at least twice, dislocated shoulder, hyper extended and broken elbow, shattered knee, torn achelies tendon, broken nose..you know that kinda stuff...

Well....I have a special place in my heart for drunk bastards that beat up on kids. or young teens in this case. It is at the bottom just below pond skum and spiders and snakes...Yup they are even below spiders...I mean hey..spiders dooo eat bugs..so they have something good about them...Abusive drunks have no redeeming properties and thus must be taught a lesson they understand. In my opinion that is.

Oh, I agree with you wholeheartedly. I once told a friend of mine, the father of two girls, that, if anybody ever hurt either of those girls, they better hope that either he or a mutual friend of ours got to them first. When he asked why, I said, "Well, you or Larry would kill them. I'd cripple them." He looked at me with a slight smile on his face and said, "What good would that do?" I replied, "Because once they're dead, they don't feel pain any more. If they're crippled, they'll spend the rest of their life remembering that they were fine until they hurt that little girl."
