Species
Human (Caucasian / mixed Asian race)

Personality
Generally a calm and friendly person C.O. is the epitome of lawful good. He uses his wits and a lot of luck to get through the day. Smitten with Sarah they are a very warm couple.
C.O. generally has a positive outlook and sees everyone as a potential friend unless they are hurting people. In fact his ability to make friends with strangers is often his downfall as when innocent people get badly hurt it affects him and he will cry in frustration.
Generally a very helpful and practical person he's not shy of lending a hand and getting jobs done himself even if it's someone else's responsibility. He also tends to focus on people's good qualities rather than bad helping them be the best they can be and lending a shoulder to cry on if needed.
He's a warm and loving father but bad at being strict and may spoil his children a little too much but he has a deep love for his kids. In argument he tries to be the one who calms people down or picks up the pieces after.

He then finds that the same quirk enables him to transform into any part form of himself at will and after a paradox results him also being Versus he acquires that form as well as they fight a new threat Ratsin, a mutated cyborg who plans to conquer the world.
Samer's remaining children later go missing. Why isn't known yet.

Cig reveals that he sees C.O. as his heir and after killing Sarah because she was "making him soft" C.O. is thrown into a rage where he kills Cig accidentally stranding Samer Team on planet Mars.

Relatives/Family
Though his family on his mother's side (the mixed Asian parent) was his birth family, the father who raised him (also Caucasian by chance) isn't his birth parent.
C.O. outgrew his family but still stays in contact with them however a lot more things happen with his birth father in the story so they have love/hate relationship with one another.
C.O. married Sarah and had 3 children; Mobias (formerly Toby) who was kidnapped as child and raised by someone else so has little connection with, Miles who he raised to a child but went missing and was later looked after by James Kin who like a brother to Miles which Miles unfortunately had to kill to save the world causing a rift in relationship with C.O. and Clara who C.O. raised as a child but died due to a genetic illness when she was alone with Miles when he went missing.
C.O. also has close family-like bonds with various characters he's been partners with during series, in particular Versus, Cig, Pilot, Kao, Quiver, X-01 West and War.
World/Setting
The Albion Universe
The universe itself is set in a fusion of science fiction, medieval fantasy and modern day themes however different elements are more prevalent at different points in time and also depend on location, for example almost the entirety of Series 1 takes place in a modern day setting with some mild elements of science fiction and despite technological advances most of Planet Albion is set in a fantasy setting.
Body
Having 2 Caucasian grandparents, an Indian grandparent and a mixed Japanese/Chinese grandparent he has a largely western appearance but with some mild Asian features like a shorter nose and bushier eyebrows.
He has black hair (technically a very dark brown) and blue eyes.
The most striking feature he has is his robotic left eye and a metallic portion of his face surround it.
His left eyeball from face on appears to be a solid red but actually has a much darker red portion behind that which becomes visible when he looks to the side or up or down.
The eye socket is fixed in a relaxed expression since it's solid metal and he has no way to express emotion in that eye with his brow or eyelid due to his injury (see backstory).
Clothing
C.O.'s clothing changes during the series but retains some elements of the original design. That design is as follows.
Red T-shirt, blue jeans, black boots, red training gloves and black leather jacket.
Accessories
C.O. actually uses a variety of weapons and tools throughout the series including a pistol, a weapon that fires circular saws, a primitive laser pistol with some gadgets of its own, a pair of gloves and boots called the flarics that give him elemental powers and 2 large daggers connected via a chain on the hilt.
More often than not however he relies on his fists or his wits.
