I've always loved the fact that Taylor had a rebellious punk streak in her and despite growing older and mostly out of it, there were still traces of it left in her DNA. When she was younger, she always loved performing her grinds, heelflips, kickflips, shove-its and other tricks on her board. She'd hang out with the local boys, forcefully willing Ahya to stay closed and invisible so she could forget the troubles of the day and just enjoy the company of her gang and just skate. Things were simpler then.
