She is the teammate of Clover, daughter of Ramia and has dream based powers. While Clover is designed to empower his friends, Liona tends to cripple her enemies with harsh alternate realities.
I've been doing a lot of updates to the story, which is why traditional uploads have slowed down a lot. The more characters I create and draw, as well as the more I work on the world map, the more everything falls into place. Interestingly, I realized that a lot of the older stories can be kept in tact though, they just start off differently, but nothing stops the Stars from traveling to other provinces. I'm still working on the world map though but I'll upload the (hopefully) finalized version when I model it in 3D. Basing the provinces off of biomes helped tremendously since it's much easier to imagine Stars settling in a land they feel most comfortable in, than basing it on species or worse...story.
and yes, she's nude. Just using her wool to cover her bits. She's kind of naughty like that, but then, most Stars tend to be. hehe!
