Ha! I know how that goes. When I was a kid I thought of crossing Sonic and co with Conan the Adventurer, Pirates of Dark Water, and even X-Men. But for me it was more then Sonic and the others get star-metal weapons and fight serpent men. Or they sail Mobius to fight the thirteen treasures. And then it turns out Sonic and the Freedom Fighters were all mutants and for some reason all the others were just hiding their powers.
