Background/History

Richardson was once a researcher at the tech company Milconn Tech, exploring alternative fuel sources. Thanks to a partnership with Pandora Labs, he was studying an alien crystal which served as a highly efficient solar battery. Through a great deal of time, he developed a way of simulating growth of a similar crystalline material as well as finding a way of mixing it into metal to absorb solar radiation better than the best solar panels. Unfortunately as the making of the crystals which he called SolarStones was too time consuming along with other experimental alternative energy projects, Milconn shifted away from alternative energy sources. In response, Richardson tried to take his work to another company but found out that his contract stipulated that everything he worked on was owned by Milconn and became Blacklisted by his former company. Angered by this, he stole his notes & some tech from Milconn, developed a power suit and began a life of crime as the super criminal Sundog. His crimes tend to focus on seeking revenge against Milconn, gathering funds/resources to continue his work or developing tech for other super villains.

Powers and Abilities Notes:
Technological & Engineering Prowess- Being a former researcher at Milconn Tech, Richardson is of course very skilled with technology and engineering. His prowess can help him in building and modifying his own tech while also capable of dismantling other technology, especially those which he helped make at Milconn. With his current status as a criminal, Richardson has sometimes hired his skills out to the occasional supervillain teams to help with their tech or when they are lacking some tech prowess on their teams.
Flight via Rocket Boots & Jet Pack- In making the Solarstones, Richardson devised a way of melting them into a powerful propulsion fuel. When developing his Sundog power armor, he designed rocket boots & a jet pack which used the melted solarstone fuel. This granted him incredible speed for fast getaways, though not fast enough against speedsters.
Laser Blasters via Suit- To arm his suit for combat and giving him an edge on others, Richardson crafted lenses from solarstones for powerful heat beam lasers in his palms and on the gauntlets of his suit. These lasers can range in offensive methods from concussive blasts to beams that could cut through ten inch thick titanium.
Solar Flash via Suit- Something of an offshoot of his laser gauntlets, Richardson’s gauntlets can produce an diversionary tactic of releasing a brilliant flash of light that can temporarily blind opponents allowing him to flee or take advantage of his opponents disorientation to attack.

Another Minor Baddie but one who I was originally considering doing for a different setting, Darkwing Duckette to be exact. However, I decided to use him for Dairy Dame instead. I really don’t have very much about this guy other than thinking the name was fun & could work for a baddie. Please Enjoy.
