"In moments, the Sailor Scout's body was swallowed up in the form of something Cream and Misty knew as a deer. It seemed a rather fitting choice for a maid who NEEDED to be taller than the others. As the green and pink fabric wove itself into place, I made a TINY alteration. Her former boots were placed on her feet once more, but now as high heels to match the curve of her legs. It would add to the motherly vibe I wanted her to give off, which would befit a nanny for my staff. When I was done, I observed my work as Evina started to clean up the dishes and packed the cart. The new maid was indeed shorter than myself, granting the young lady's wish she not be as tall anymore; however, the irony was she would still stand taller than the entire staff, even Poppy.
Of course, what nanny would be as tall as her charges? Granted... There was also a bit of a bitter note in my actions, as well; I did indeed promise that I would grant her and the other Scouts freedom after a term as my maids. The catch was they would be freed of their old lives and identities to serve a life time term as my staff. Rather than hand her anything, I nodded and crossed my arms. "I hope you'll enjoy working here, Maple; I've long needed a nanny on the staff." Her eyes opened gracefully as she curtsied.
"It is my honor and privilege to serve, Master. You have many tasks you need to attend to, so the very least I am able to do for you is keep track of all your staff so Mistress doesn't overwork herself. Please excuse me, I best go tend to the little darlings right away." And like that, she was gone, likely to introduce .herself to Poppy and the staff. In a way, I think she will fit right in; the girl she was before always wanted to be a mother to a large family; funny how we both got what we wanted from this."
